We are not a financial services provider, financial adviser, or licensee. We do not employ, recommend, or endorse any adviser listed on this site. A listing on this site does not constitute an endorsement, referral, or recommendation.

Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any form of personal recommendation. The information provided is not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified and licensed financial adviser.

Provider information displayed on this site is sourced from publicly available data, including Google Maps, provider websites, and public registers. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current, we do not independently verify all provider details and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing.

Adviser details such as fees, wait times, availability, ASIC registration status, and services offered may change without notice. You should always verify details directly with an adviser before making any decisions.

To verify whether an adviser is registered, check the ASIC Financial Advisers Register. You can also check the ASIC Professional Registers. Register data may contain delays or errors.

4. No adviser-client relationship

Use of this site does not create an adviser-client or any other professional relationship between you and any listed adviser, or between you and My Money Adviser.

5. No liability for provider actions

My Money Adviser is not responsible or liable for the quality, safety, or legality of any services provided by listed providers. Any interactions, appointments, or service agreements arising from information found on this site are solely between you and the provider. We accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of a listed provider's services.

6. Services provided "as is"

This site and all information on it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If such a guarantee, warranty, or term is implied, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Money Adviser and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this site. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed AUD $100.
